Is nationwide mail-in available?

No. We are currently focused on local transactions in Houston, Dallas, and Austin. Do not ship a device.

Can I sell multiple devices?

Yes. Use the quote form for single devices or the bulk inventory form for lists and lots.

Do you buy cracked or account-locked phones?

Eligible cracked or damaged phones may be considered after inspection. We do not buy lost or stolen, blacklisted, iCloud / Activation-Locked devices, or devices with Find My or other account locks still active. Unpaid financing that leaves ownership unclear must be resolved first. Review all eligibility requirements.

When is payment available?

Payment may be available after an eligible completed transaction and verification. Quotes and sheet prices are estimates — payout is confirmed only after inspection and verification.

What happens when inspected condition differs?

If inspection reveals a condition different from the submission, we document the adjustment and provide a revised final offer based on actual condition and market value.
